It has a guided healing from the beginning and a talk on the Course in Miracles, Lessons 65 & 66, how to choose happiness, in the midst of chaos or fear. These two lessons are so important, as they lighten up your mind and show you that your only real function is to be happy. How that is accomplished is also demonstrated. Hint: It’s always a choice you make within your own mind, no matter what is going on around you.
